Shipping

Orders from the e-shop www.vinarstvikrist.cz are delivered through contracted shipping partners.

Messenger

Messenger is used primarily for delivering shipments to customers depending on current availability and the nature of the order.

DHL

DHL is used for delivering shipments depending on current availability and the nature of the order.

LHD Logistic

LHD Logistic is used only for palletised truck transport of 10 pallets or more.

The specific shipping method is offered to the customer during the ordering process according to the nature of the order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

• the number of bottles ordered,
• the weight of the shipment,
• the dimensions of the shipment,
• the packaging method,
• the selected carrier,
• and, where applicable, the nature of the order.

The current shipping cost is always displayed to the customer before the order is submitted.

PAYMENT METHODS

Shoptet Pay

Online payment can be made through the Shoptet Pay payment system.

During the payment process, the customer is redirected to a secure payment interface.

Cash on Delivery

When choosing cash on delivery, the customer pays for the order upon receipt of the shipment.

The availability of cash on delivery and any applicable cash-on-delivery fee will be displayed during the ordering process.

Cash Payment

Cash payment is available when collecting an order in person directly at Vinařství Krist.

Monday–Friday
08:00–14:00

The customer will be informed once the order is ready for collection.

When collecting alcoholic beverages in person, the customer may be required to verify their age. Alcoholic beverages will only be handed over to a person over 18 years of age.

DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL

Vinařství Krist sells alcoholic beverages only to persons over 18 years of age.

Upon delivery, the customer or the person receiving the shipment may be asked to verify their age.

If it is not possible to verify that the age requirement has been met, delivery of the shipment may be refused.
