The Controller does not currently have a designated Data Protection Officer unless such appointment is required by applicable law.
2. Personal Data We Process
In connection with the operation of the E-shop, we may process in particular:
- first and last name,
- billing address,
- delivery address,
- e-mail address,
- telephone number,
- order details,
- information about purchased goods,
- payment-related information,
- information provided in communication with the customer,
- information related to complaints or withdrawal from the contract,
- customer account information, if the customer creates an account.
For business customers, we may also process:
- company name,
- Company ID (IČO),
- VAT ID (DIČ),
- billing information.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data primarily for the following purposes:
Processing Orders
- receiving and processing orders,
- entering into and performing the purchase contract,
- communicating with the customer,
- delivering goods,
- processing payments,
- handling complaints,
- processing withdrawal from the contract.
The legal basis is primarily the performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Compliance with Legal Obligations
We also process personal data in order to comply with legal obligations, in particular accounting, tax and other statutory obligations.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Protection of Legitimate Interests
Personal data may be processed to the extent necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Seller, in particular when resolving disputes, preventing fraudulent activities or enforcing claims.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Marketing
Contact details may be used to send commercial communications where permitted by applicable law.
If consent is required for specific marketing communications, the customer will be asked to provide such consent separately.
4. Customer Account
If a customer creates an account in the E-shop, we process their data for the purpose of:
- creating and managing the customer account,
- displaying order history,
- facilitating future orders,
- communicating in connection with the customer account.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may, to the extent necessary, be made available to:
- employees and contractors of Vinařství Krist,
- the operator of the E-shop, Shoptet,
- IT and hosting service providers,
- carriers and delivery companies Messenger, DHL and LHD Logistic,
- the payment service provider Shoptet Pay,
- accountants and tax advisors,
- legal and professional advisors,
- marketing service providers,
- public authorities where required by law.
6. Retention Period
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose.
Data related to an order may be retained for the period necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations and for the period necessary to protect legal claims.
Accounting and tax documents are retained for the period required by applicable legislation.
Data processed for marketing purposes are retained for the period determined by the applicable legal basis and are subsequently deleted or anonymised.

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have in particular the right to:
- access your personal data,
- have your personal data corrected,
- have your personal data erased,
- restrict the processing of your personal data,
- data portability,
- object to the processing of your personal data,
- withdraw consent to processing where processing is based on consent,
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

10. Security of Personal Data
Vinařství Krist implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, damage or other misuse.
Access to personal data is limited to persons who need such data to perform their work or contractual obligations.
11. Automated Decision-Making
Vinařství Krist does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR unless the customer is informed otherwise in advance in a specific case.
